TIME

Boys and Girls Friday Field Times

U8 and U10 - 5:30 to 6:30pm

U12 and U14 - 6:30 to 8:00pm


Cost

$60 for the season


Co-ed Youth Groups

Each session will be a mix of drills and small field competitive games.  The focus will be on developing the fundamentals and stick skills.  


Sessions are for ages 7 through 14. Players will be grouped in ages of 7-10 and 11-14 years old. 

Game Play

  • Drills & games will be co-ed for the younger age groups. 
  • Younger boys (7-10) should wear only gloves. Girls should wear face guards. 
  • Older Boys will wear full protection. 
  • Games will typically be played on half fields  in a 4v4,  5v5, or 6v6 format. 


  

Game Rules

  • Checking (U12/U14): Girls rules checking (no arms extended body checks, no sticks around the head, stick checks to the cross only)
  • Checking (U8/U10):  None
  • Girls rules shooting: No shooting where the follow through hits a player. 
  • No 3-second rule (Girls)
  • Offsides: None
  • Long Poles: None
  • Draw/Face Off: None, we will play alternate possession.
